MY GUARANTEE
Your window screens will fit and meet your expectations. If something isn’t right while I’m there, I’ll fix it or remake it. My goal is simple: you’re happy with the final result.
30-DAY GUARANTEE
If you have problems with your screens, please call, text, or email me within 30 days of the service call and I will fix it.
REFUND POLICY
Because each screen is custom-built to your window, refunds aren’t offered.
START SMALL IF YOU PREFER
If we’re working together for the first time, you’re welcome to start with just one screen. If you’re happy with the results, we can move forward with additional screens.
PRE-PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is required before I begin building custom window screens. If you're uncomfortable pre-paying for a large order, I’m happy to build and install one screen at a time, with payment collected per screen.
EXCEPTION FOR RESCREENS
For rescreening jobs where I take your existing frames with me, payment is due when I return and you’ve inspected the completed work.
WHAT $50 COVERS
Standard rectangular screens up to 40” x 40”, built with standard materials. See my What $50 Covers page for full details.

RECORDING POLICY
For safety and transparency, I use dash cams and may wear a body camera while working. You are welcome to record as well.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
I reserve the right to discontinue service if the work environment is unsafe or seriously disruptive.
My truck, tools, and materials are how I make my living. Please do not handle or move them.
For safety and efficiency, I work best with minimal interruptions.
Clear and direct communication is always appreciated so I can complete your project smoothly and efficiently.
SALES TAX
Texas law requires me to charge the exact sales tax for your location. If you are tax-exempt, please provide the appropriate documentation at the time of service.
PRICING
All prices are posted online and are firm. Unless you have an order of over 100 identical windows, discounts are not available.
